So I'm home alone and

a circuit breaker keeps kicking out leaving me without a telly amongst other things.

I have turned off everything that could possibly be on that circuit, thinking to turn things back on one at a time to see what is the culprit, but the circuit breaks just clicks out again immediately.

Any suggestions?

If unplugging everything didn't work, it could be your hot water, or split system.

yep. I have moved to the other end of the house, it's bloomin' hot in this room though.

And I had a nice cuppa from the gas stove. I'll reassess the situation tomorrow when the bunyips have gone to bed

Yeah.. the trip (circuit breaker?) switch.  If it flicks off it  will just  flick on again though, until the faulty appliance or whatever is identified and kept unplugged.
