The other day I took a call I had to put the caller on hold.
When I switched back I heard a loud "motherf*cker! The caller had been in a conversation with someone else while on hold.
I was a bit shocked but pretended I hadn't heard.

Babysitters often learn lots of private things, and discretion is a must.
