that we all stopped commenting or passing judgement on posts or threads that we don't like?
eBay is a large and diverse community, There are always going to be some that like some things and some that don't.
So, as long as the post/thread is within eBay's guidleines, is it time to just let people post what and how they want?
Perhaps if you do find something offensive, how about PM'ing the person involved to politely explain your position instead of doing it in a manner that may cause humiliation.
*Disclaimer, the above option did not work very well for me, so in no way can I advise that this is the best option, but just a suggestion. LOL.

😐
I am tired..... and.... I am considering whether or not to report a certain someone to ebay for the messages I am getting. I have never been rude to this poster, never once have I joined in any negative postings about them.....
I decided a long time ago that it was better to just not comment or to ignore the posts, no matter how horrible, because this poster truly believes they are right.(that's allowed, imo)
So........ I just went to do the reporting but couldn't press that button. I have decided to wait and not do so but.....if another appears in my email inbox, I won't hesitate.
That is all!

I think the sarky one liners are more of a problem.
I don't mind a C & P in a thread, for the opening post is a bit over the top. And not opinion by the poster who started the thread indicates to me that it's an agenda of some sort.

It is not a or my rule. It is my opinon, if yours differs that is fine with me.
It’s not a rule, but it is a norm and forum etiquette
just like no using CAPs

Now i am being targetted. Firstly personal comments about my post number count over 7 days, which had no relevance to anything, now I am getting the snide comments which again have no relevance to the topic of this thread. As I said before pot calling the kettle black. Exact same behaviour (or worse) that you are trying to accuse others of.

Yes, only have to read/belong to a few forums to work that out.

Honestly, I find posts about post number counts laughable. :^OI had no idea people actually did that ? until I was shown how, yet, why bother? if you are here to see the posts, you must be here a lot too. (you as in the pernickity counter poster)

Hard one az, I would be tempted to just delete and ignore. If that doesn't stop them though, then report to eBay may be the next step.

Oh no :_| now I'm confused again. I thought it was you guys who said having a different opinion was ok? Now it's not?
