What things did you find contrary to what pre-conceived idea you had of a particular poster or something about them that really surprised you?

I was surprised to find out Elephant is a lot older than I thought. 

Also surprised Icy is actually witty for a grandma.

Why should they? The discussion here, turned to some fb posts j commented on.  Do people have to think of every other thread they have ever read here, before they comment on the current one (specific subject being discussed) they are in??
