Yes it is, I started with the Optifast meal replacements and added the vegetable stir fry at night.  I had gained weight as a result of my BC surgery radiation and medication and my lazy I can't be bothered attitude.

I started back walking 1hr a day, I have lost 16kg and feel much better.

get a bicycle freddie, walking sounds like too much work

That's great Freddie 🙂

Walking is fabulous if you have somewhere nice to do a defined distance and just get into the habit.

We have a new walkway which goes down along our local river, it has gym equipment along the walk, it's just wonderful walking in the early morning watching the morning fog across the river and the sun rising.

I'm having one of my inventions.

I call it 'vegetable pancakes' but they look nothing like a pancake.

Steam caulfilower florets, roast slices of butternut pumpkin in the oven. In a pan saute onion and chopped bacon.

Once done, place everything in a large bowl. Add grated Mozerella, Cheddar and grated Parmeson cheese. Add herbs like oregano. Season well. You can add a bit of powdered mustard or curry.

Nuke the bowl for 40 seconds to slightly melt the cheese. Grab a handful and squeeze it into a ball shape and place on baking paper on a flat tray and cook in mod oven for 20-25 mins until the cheese has spread and is slightly golden and crispy around the outside. Serve with a salad.

I'm on a low carb/high fat diet to control diabetes and lose weight. I've lost 18kg this way.
