Munchausen's Syndrome...
"The syndrome name derives from Baron Munchausen, a fictional character based on Karl Friedrich Hieronymus Freiherr von Münchhausen (1720–1797), a German nobleman working in the Russian army. In Rudolf Raspe's book The Surprising Adventures of Baron Munchausen, the character, like his real-life counterpart, tells many fantastic and impossible stories about himself."
Anyone we know?
Or alternatively, Persecution Complex...
"The persecution complex definition is simple, yet far reaching. It is the idea a person has where they believe that they are being persecuted against. It could be for something as simple as the color of their hair or an attribute they have. A common aspect of this is Christian persecution complex, which is the belief that a person is being persecuted due to their religious convictions. Now it is important to realize that the actions they perceive as persecution may be real or they could be imagined in the person’s mind. They may even blow a situation out of proportion and believe it to be persecution when in fact, it was something very innocuous. For instance, something as simple as not having a prayer said before a meal may be construed in someone’s mind as religious persecution.
Persecution complex is a deep reaching psychological condition. It has many different psychological factors, from learned helplessness to victim mentality and further. Due to the fact that there are so many different psychological factors at play, it can be hard for a person to recognize this within themselves."
Either way, a certain party needs professional help - but until they themselves acknowledge that fact, there's not much we can do, except challenge them every time the nonsense starts.

Perhaps people would like to give some thought to those who they perceive as having a "persecution complex" may actually be prosecuted in reality.
We have all witnessed, right here on C/S and the RT before C/S, that there were people pounced upon and hounded so much by gang malicious reporting gangs that they either did not post any more or could not post any more.
An unfortunate aspect of animals is that turn on the injured and the weak. People have taken that attribute to a much higher lever 😞

And some people choose not to suffer fools gladly. I'm one of them.
I have experienced worse than "joanie" could imagine in their lifetime. I moved on.
