Stupid dog question

Weve got this beyond stupid dog

It was a yr old last week, a Hungarian Puli

My daughters dream dog, has dreadlocks instead of fur

She had to wait til she was 18 to get it cos Im mean like that and now she has it and Man is it dumb

I am not to used to stupid dogs, I used to smart working dogs or my (RIP) baby who was trained to within an inch of its life LOL

This mutt, blounces off walls in excitement, stupid as, runs up people, literally runs up you and somersalts off

Kids thinks its hysterical, I cant stand it

Gets taken out every day and every weekend to dog park twice and still comes home exhausted and runs up the wall 😐

Any one know these dogs? Any hints?
