Ok we have had the "Poor Illegal Refugee" the "Poor Dole Bludger" the "Poor whatever" thread so now what about the "Poor Self Inflicted Addict" thread.
We may as well add them to the taxpayers burden as well. We can cater for their "special needs" out of the bottomless pit of our national debt.

Was it? It looks more like it's just having a go at other people, either because they have problems or because they express some compassion.
Who are you to label other people's compassion as fake?

In that case glee, I'll ask you the same question.
How much compassion would you feel for the drug crazed addict who is twisting your arm behind your back and holding a knife at your throat?
It's all so easy to sprout "compassion" from afar so that you can kid yourself that you are above the rest.
Would that "compassion" take a powder if a druggie got up close and personal with you.

Ask all you like but I won't give you an answer to stupid hypothetical questions.

Typical predictable answer from you, a very neat sidestep.
Be sure to avoid parks after dark and car parks too so that you don't find your self in a "stupid, hypothetical" predicament having to modify your rigid stance on "compassion"

I have covered that aspect, alcohol is addictive as well.

You talking about murderers now? Subject changed.
You're making a mistake. It's not me with the rigid stance. It's you.

I specifically said "drug crazed addict" you are the one who mentioned murders not I.

Nope, no mention of drug crazed addict in that post.

My compassion would take a powder in those circumstances. I've seen too much misery and heartache and worse carried out by 'drug crazed addicts' and with the prevalence of Ice now it is only going to get worse. A cop pal of mine said she'd rather them be on heroin.. ..... that's food for thought.
