Talking to Yourself?

Do you know anyone who constantly talks to themselves? Is it serious?

I whisper to myself......  don't know why.....  only my pets can hear me. 

My mother used to do it all the time, muttering away, and I often tried to sneak up and listen but never could hear her

properly.

The only problem with talking to yourself is when you start believing the stupid answers you get in return...........

I've always talked to myself. (I was an only child)  It used to be embarrassing if people caught me doing it, but I don't bother nowadays.

In fact hubby & I have separate computer rooms because I constantly natter away while I'm doing my family tree and it drives him bonkers.

I give a running comentary throughout the day....

It is a verbal learning thing, people often to do it to reinforce ideas, concepts, when making decisions or creating something. Me I do it for the hell of it 🙂

People whom talk to themselves are often comfortable with their surroundings and being very honest.

Not necessarily a negative.

I do. I don't find it a problem, except that I usually know what I'm going to say next...
