It makes no difference which party wins because who ever wins the members will be patting themselves on the back and the other will be telling us what idiots we are, sad me thinks.

I sometimes wonder how much notice people take of the policies put forward by each party because i heard a women remark (when asked who she would vote for) state she would vote for Kevin which is her prerogitive but the reason she gave was "because I like him". She said she had no idea of any policies which is a bit scary.

I kind of agree ...though some would have thought that may be the case after the last Election ...and that certainly didn't happen.

and then you won't be able to start threads like this ...unless you move on to complaints about other threads such as Religious threads ?

Kilroy, do you know that the political threads we've had for quite some time on CS are a result of not getting a Liberal PM at our last elections.

Do you know that they will stop after this election? do  you yourself strongly believe that we will have a Liberal PM this time ?

and that as a result the threads will stop  ?

This isn't just a Thank God thread...it's religious as well as Political isn't it ?

OMG, I have just been listening to KR and AA on ABC 24, I think we all need to donate a few $$$$ to buy KR a pallet of hair spray so he can ZIP off and get the hair thing in place. I am now going to turn off Christine Milne who drives me nuts.

Iza I would have no problem discussing politics if that w what was happening here , but it's not its not a debate about any topic it's a slinging match to see who can make the most mud stick to the apponant.
As to what threads I like well I don't mind a good debate about any worthy subject I also like a good thread about totally inane topics with no value other than a good laugh
