Its staggering and the left havent a clue how to pay it back or a solution yet all they do is yell and scream when some of their handouts are curtailed
Australians are currently paying $1 billion per month in interest on Labor's debt.
If we don't take action now, in 10 years Australians will be wasting $2.8 billion per month in interest payments.

Isn't it staggeringly beyond begging belief that even when faced with maths the conservatives still manage to lie, bluff, spin and close their eyes. It just beggars beliefity.

Our country could be debt free within a year if we sold uranium but the greenies will block the move. What's better 1 billion a month interest which will climb to 3 billion a month in 10 years or sell uranium? Sell sell sell.

My Grandfather on my Mother's side found uranium many years ago in WA. There are probably many who have found uranium here in Australia. I believe we have a lot of it. I guess Australia will mine and sell it eventually. It's inevitable being that Australia has been earmarked as a resource supplier-this is all we have apart from growing food it seems!
The price for uranium today is at an all time low-been falling for the last fifteen years. There are several countries who currently sell it. Canada is expanding it's uranium export market.
Not sure about the safety aspects or the ethical issues. All we hear is that uranium is radioactive and dangerous. I know it is very radioactive and not good for you in its raw form as my Grandfather showed us readings on his geiger counter when he placed some of his rocks near it.....he explained that we must not touch the rocks and not go into his shed where he placed them for a while. I remember these rocks as large ordinary rocks, light tan in colour. They didn't 'glow' green or anything. Don't know what happened to these rocks.
