While I was visiting in Mackay, my DD and GDD made me watch the Bachelor. No options. I watched the last 3 episodes but missed out on last night's finals, still travelling.
I had a bet on that he'd pick Sam, judging by the body language and long searching looks at each other.
This morning I read in the News he'd proposed to...
But! OMG! a few minutes ago I read...
True love can be fickle, can't it?

Lol Icy, welcome back. I can't comment on the Batchelor, life's too short to waste time on mind numbing pap.
Hope you had a good holiday, you were missed here.

Hi Lightning, had a great holiday thanks.
I was looking forward to Bolt this morning but it's Argentina vs Wallabies Rugby instead. Hubs is watching it.
No Bolt this arvo either, it's a rerun of the Bachelor! OMG! Is there no escape?

I haven't read this thread but have to say, Blake seemed sincere when he was with the girls
Each date was as if he was truly interested in finding his true love.
Then I saw him act the very same way with every one of the girls.
I was thinking - BUT YOU SAID THAT TO SO AND SO
It was almost as though the script was especially written.
Not many men go to such lengths with their words.
Then I was on the bus the night after the finale, a young woman was on the bus chatting quite
loudly to her friend.
She just mentioned that her work collegue knows Blake really well and says he's a real
A .****
I was shocked, at the things she said and must admit it's put me off the show now.
It was all too perfect and too gushy.

It was so scripted and saccharine wasn't it.

Yes I'm in Perth and that conversation on the bus shocked me, with how much detail was revealed.
I've been all over Australia (except beautiful Queensland) also lived in Tassie for a bit.
The whole country is magnificent I must say. I loved Sydney - Melbourne is great too.
Perth is just a tiny bit West of you guys 🙂 🙂 it's lovely here and growing very quickly.
