Community Spirit

Can really get with it

By posting a ditty,

A poem or a limerick.

It doesn't need to rhyme

Or be more than two lines

It can be sad or funny

About sunshine or bunnies.

The one with most kudos wins

There will also be a "judge's pick"

The judge is me and there will be 

No dissent from thee or thee 😉 😉 😉

So, grab your pen and paper, too

Find inspiration from what's around you

Or go back to the past or into the future

Write on haute cuisine, or even haute couture 🙂

Thanks Katy, that was great fun. We really should do it again soon. In the meantime it's a good excuse for everyone to start sharpening their wits - and their pencils - so they'll be ready to dazzle us when the time comes.

katy maybe next time you could pick a theme, it might not be so daunting if there is a set theme and others might join in - just a thought.
