a lot of people are like that Icy, neediing somewhere to go when they get up in the morning.
At 64, it's going to be a challenge for her to find something else, but I wish her good luck with it.

Good morning Noseys 🙂
It would be traumatising to have your life planned out years ahead in your secure job and then have that snatched away overnight.
I don't know about anyone else but the number of companies closing and the number of people now out of work is starting to worry me. I am glad I do not have to take out a major loan in these troubling times.
Have a great day everyone.

Good morning nosey people
Icy with a year to go her payout after 20 years would more than she could earn in that time so she is actually better off, it will stuff up her centre link benifits and pension next year thou.
At that age the sooner she realises she wont find paid work the better off she will be. non of the job networks will touch her or even want her on the books because she wont be on benifts and they wont be funded.
She needs to accept that quickly and look for some voluntry work to keep her body and mind active and interested in things.

Afternoon lovely Noseys,
I decided to have the day off & just take it easy, although like usual is never is...I did a goggle search for real estate agents in Box Hill & came across a site called "sellmycastle.com.au",I joined at no cost & just briefly submitted some info including a price I think it`s worth and the houses`s location.I had 5 estate agents interested & through this site I have now appointed my agent & I didn`t have to leave my seat:^OThe auction date will be next month so now the fun starts,re cleaning up etc..Atm I don`t even have time to scratch myself..lol
Hopefully in a few months time everything will go back to normal..

Yes Icybuddy I have to come up with a bond of $350,000 for where she is living now as mum is classed as low care hence the payment..Don`t be sorry I`m finding it hard keeping up too:-)

Morning all Noseys 🙂
I'm up early this morning got lots to do. Take pics of the items I want to list later, for instance, and catch up with some basic housekeeping.
I was out all day yesterday having lunch with my sisters, also dropped into an op shop where I picked up a couple of nice little things. I'm just waiting for the light to be right to take the pictures.
Didn't even have time to call in on the boards yesterday. Looks like the same old, same old, anyway.
Must go to the fun boards and update the games I like to play 🙂
OH and I are going to the movies to see the Dictator later on.
Have a great Sunday all noseyparkers. It's not looking very sunny here today 😞
