I started on our Christmas Ham last night I really hate slicing it up. I bought half a leg I don't know why, it's going to be way too much for us two. I'll have to give some away.

I think in future I'll just stick with leg ham from the deli.

Icy, if you are going to bake your ham, use what you need for Christmas dinner and slice some to have cold the next day. The rest cut up and wrap tightly in Glad Wrap and freeze it for later use in omeletts, pizzas, ham & eggs, tossed salads etc.

Don't give it away. It will always come in handy in an emergency, and keeps well frozen.

hi back at you lovely Erica,how is that sexy OH of yours...I do hope he has behaving himself..Not too bad at Caribbean Market it`s been quite funny watching some of the partimers who are selling stuff they shouldn`t be getting sprung!!lol & I think the busiest stall in the market  is the one that sells chop chop,lots of $$$ are spent there..I can`t believe so many young people have so many tattoos all over themselves,my daughter has a few but at least her`s are covered and you don`t seem them..

Dear Nicnacs, my darling OH said to give his love to you.

This year has almost gone and we never made it to another market day. Hopefully next year will be better. I am sick of being sick and cooped up at home all the time.

I had to smile when you mentioned about part timers selling stuff they should not be selling. Took a moment or two to click, but I never thought that those people would have a go at the markets. Surely there is security staff on duty on market days? Some people will never learn.
