Evening all.
Well I lost, because I pulled a shot. If you shoot a 4 you deserve to loose. Not only did I shot on, I put the stupid thing there with a silly beginner mistake. BUT when stuff like this happens, it is what we do next that matters.
I have been making a real effort on my mental training, and it paid off. I accepted the bad shot, shut it out, continued on and finished well.
So while I came 2nd, I and am pretty darn happy with myself for moving on and not letting it affect me. It shows my training is paying off. Gearing up for the National Championships, only 10 weeks to go! ๐
I also found it happens to the best of us atleast once. My coach has also had it happen in the World Championships. It is nice when you hear you are not alone.
