Nothing like scraping ice off the windscreen in the morning.

They wore ALL their clothes at night, layers & layers...
They wore school tights under leggings under track pants. Thermal socks under TWO pairs of socks. Beanies & scarf the whole time. They said that at times feet & hands were so cold, their toes & fingers stung with pain.

HOWEVER, they had a huge time, I think I've heard every single detail of it all from the moment they departed to the moment they returned! They are buzzing with their enjoyment of it all. The teacher who co-ordinated it all is an awesome teacher & the young-uns are a great group of kids.

I already have the washing machine on, not that their stuff is dirty as such, just needs freshening.
