Hubs is attending a meeting tonight with his boss and a new colleague. In Bondi.
New colleague suggested they go the the Stuffed Beaver Dining Parlour afterwards. It's Canadian/Americans cuisine.
Hubs said he didn't really want to go, he'd rather come home to me. I went Awwww. Yeah sure.
I told him he should go and he probably will.
Just googled it and the food looks pretty good. I'm going to make Hubs take me there for Lunch next weekend before I go on Hols.
The Stuffed Beaver Dining Parlour
I love the look of that Pulled Pork Burger with the purple cabbage on it. I love purple cabbage.

Not so strange really Lightning. Beaver's live in North America. I don't think it has anything to do with Mal Brough's menu.

Gosh, I agree with you.
A name to push the boundaries.
There was a restaurant in Brisbane which did the same. French Lettuce.

I got chided last month for posting a sign about pounding a beaver. In context, The University of Oregon's biggest rival is Oregon State University. also known as the Beavers...........and we've been pounding them for years.

Name the day, Bright, lol.
There's some funny Restaurant names. Like Hooters. I took hubs there once. He wasn't impressed. Said the servings were too small.
We had the Pickled Possum here in Cremorne. It's closed down now though.

When Outback Steakhouse first opened in my town, I took my daughter..........I asked the hostess if it was true that Aussies got to eat free of charge...........she had to go check.
When the waitress came to our table, I told her I wanted the baked Goanna, even though it gave me gas........

Well we went there for lunch, it wasn't what I expected
Bondi has become so run down and shabby, for starters.
The restaurant was faux rustic, canadian timber cutter meets easy american easy rider, meets tattoo parlour decor. long and narrow, dingy, and smelled of stale cooking odours. The burgers were ok but the meat and salad juices made the bun soggy and it all fell apart in our hands a bit. My hands smelled of burger even after several washes.
The chips were excellent.
It was ok but I won't make a beeline to go back.
