Friend's OH has been diagnosed with cancer on the liver and kidneys and is now to be tested for bone cancer.  Yesterday he said to her.

" I don't know why you are fussing I only have a little bitt  of cancer"

grandmoon, I guess some people cope like that.

An understatement I heard recently that totally floored me was, 'I personally think the cop was over reacting, I was only over by 45- and I was watching!'

Not getting in a car with them.

When I asked my friend in Rockhampton on Friday how they were she answered "it's a bit breezy."

A bloke walked into the pub and said to me "Are you open?"

I replied with is the OPEN flag out

He said................ Yes

I said.................... is the OPEN sign and COFFEE sign flashing in the window

He said ................Yes

I said.................... was the door open?

He said ................Yes

I said .....................Well I guess we are open

His reply..................I saw all that but did not think you were open

Some of what goes in a pub leaves one astounded and thinking my god there really is people like that out there LOL.
