beani - you will ALWAYS have us, darling friend, ALWAYS. No matter how you are feeling or how you express yourself, THE HOTTIES love you enormously. Your post up there is spot on - why indeed, waste good time & energy being so unkind & awful.

We all are not going to be liked by everyone around us, nor are we likely to like everyone. That's humanity. If we focus on being great friends to those we love & just be mannerly, tolerant & civilised to everyone, what a wonderful world we would live in. IMO it takes more energy to be nasty than to be nice, even less energy just to ignore.

beani I'm so sorry that you're having a tough patch, tougher than tough, right now. It's so very frustrating to read of your troubles in getting a carer, the drama with mK's work, the dogs fleas & skin woes.... I can only just keep sending you lots of my best wishes & 'feel well' vibes. And if there is anything else, you WILL let me know, please. xo

garfield - great to hear that your heart is going good. Good thing it's not you who is doing the driving lessons with yourt kids, ha ha !!  Yes, do get on & be mindful of your weight. When i lost a few kg's a couple of years ago, it made a really good difference to me & my heart issue.

Yeap I am not what you call hugly over weight just enough to cause probs so at least have chance keep weight down before get totally massive like some big big people.

Rescu Choper going over my place feaks my cat out  doesnt have clue what on earth going on.

I have read few pages back in this thread just before it "Died off"  and I cant for life of me see any where at all of any nasty crap  anyone know where this "Nasty"  stuff refers to that seems scared off few of the regulars??  Ie:- Tezza & cuddly??

Personally here all you have do if people be nasty just click ingnore &  even report it  why let it get to you?  By letting it get to you the nasties WIN!!
