the paramedic & the 3 year old


Due to a power cut, only one paramedic
responded to the call.

The house was very dark so the paramedic asked
Kathleen, a 3-yr old girl to hold a flashlight high over her mummy so
he could see while he delivered the baby.

Very diligently, Kathleen did as she was asked. Heidi pushed and pushed and after a little while, Connor was born. The paramedic lifted him by his little
feet and spanked him on his bottom. Connor began to cry.

The paramedic then thanked Kathleen for her help
and asked the wide-eyed 3-yr old what she thought about what
she had just witnessed.

He shouldnt have crawled in there in the first place......smack his ass again!"

oh, does anyone want a few degrees?? - I am kinda wilting in this Perth & surrounds heat. 40° for about 5 days straight now, & plenty more to come. It's really foul. Thanks goodness it's a dry heat & our home aircon is coping ok with it, being evaporative air-con. Fair Dinkum, I'm o v e r i t.

I have worked at school Mon, Tues & Wed, & will do every day next week. Good few $$ in the pocket. I had a real confidence-shredder on Mon, one awful girl & her equally mother. I left the Uniform Shop, escaped to the StaffRoom & had a cry. A nastier pair of people I have never come across. It left me rattled for a couple of hours. Anyway, we formulated a new strategy for customers like them, so hopefully it will never happen again.

We had a very quiet Australia Day. Just finished watching the Roger/Rafael match. Wow, they are good to watch. I really want Novak to win the title, he's in such great form right now, & he's a spunk to boot!!

tezza, the roadworks must be a pain for everyone in your area. Let's hope there are no delays.
