To speak of Medicare like that, indicates that he hasn't made the link between it and our income tax system with our medicare levies and surcharges attached.  He's the only world leader I ever recall hearing who bagged out his own people at such an event.  Watch it again and it makes less sense than the first time.  

I wish we could here what he is saying to those people he is now greeting  😄

The reactions were interesting. The poor Korean woman. He had a firm grip on her arm. Some of of those people seemed to be trying to stop the frantic hand shake.  He was probably crushing their hands  😄
