The photo threads, a recap

A look back at past themes.

I don't have all the entries as I lost my hard drive earlier in the year, and many photos are removed by the posters after the thread is finished. I'm sorry if your photo isn't included, it's not a personal exclusion. Either I no longer have the photo, or the constraints of the collage format meant I had to leave some out.

Thanks for doing this Kelso. It is amazing when you look back how many lovely pics there were. Talented photographers too.

I should have been doing this from the start and saving them. There are so many great photos from the earlier challenges that I don't have. From memory the Cold thread had some great photos, and the Pattern week,,..really, they have all had fantastic photos.

The photos I have included aren't necessarily the highest scoring pictures. I've chosen them because they have the right colour or shape to fit in to the collage. I think all the contributors have been amazing.

Sorry, I know they are a bit big, but they lose clarity when I choose the Large option, and the flowers didnt look as nice.

Aww thanks DSK. He didn't complain, couldn't get off the couch quick enough Smiley LOL

I'm one of those point and shoot ones, for me the challenge is in trying to fit the theme and meet the brief.

That's where the fun is for me.

I really, surprisingly, enjoyed the rust theme. Our long drives up and down the highway to visit DD, hubs and I would be pointing out all the rusty tin sheds, windmills, tractors, you name it. Really opened my eyes xxx

I liked the minimalist one too.  The staff in Nando's must have thought I was crazy taking photos of their jars of Peri Peri sauce.
