So nothing to worry about then? we can all feel safe and our property and lives are not under threat? So the police raids were a waste of money and was done simply to harrass and frighten the peace loving people in our community.

because from all the replies, excuses and sympthising for these suspects that we have read on here have we at last got the knub of what most of you really think? it was a scam?

If it was as you say "an expensive scam" please enlighten us to the reason for this "scam" and why it was carried out.

it was carried out to hopefully catch terrorists (though I'm noty sure that it did)

to garner support for sending troops to Syria

 a boost in the polls (don't think that happened either)
