Theists: What would it take for you to NOT believe in the existence of God?

Agnostics/Atheists: What would it take for you to believe God exist?

What sort of argument/evidence would you need to change your mind?

Hey Softail. Say, if it can be definitively proven that Jesus did not raise from the dead (say they found remains of his bones, don't ask me how) or that the original bible manuscript was found and it didn't contain the claims as in the later manuscripts. Would that be enough to change your mind?

probibly not.. but at least you made me laugh

So you're essentially saying your mind is closed?

I have listened to various theologians they all say if you can prove Jesus did not rise from the dead, they'll change their mind. It does makes me think you're must be so brain-washed you're not capable of changing your mind.

So, what would it take to make you believe, or are you so brainwashed you're not capable of changing your mind?

You're the other one who said there's nothing that'll change your mind.

I'm happy to change my mind. God, if she's all knowing and all powerful, knows exactly what will change my mind. I'm still waiting.

So, you think you are SO SPECIAL that the Supreme Being in the WHOLE of existence / time and space is hanging out for YOU - you who make absolutely no effort to have faith or try to understand anything other than 'LIFE IS JUST A TRILLION TRILLION ACCIDENTS'?  Best of luck with that Bob.

Are you saying Jesus doesn't love me?

Why is it that I need faith? Faith by definition is believing something without or contrary to the evidence.

It has been scientifically proven that God does exist.

Yeah, he just now has the same apathetic view of the human race and has decided to put his feet up eat some popcorn while watching the show
