I have been requested to host the Weekly Photo thread.

It is my view and the view of other contributors and viewers that this is a very worthwhile thread and it should continue.

I would like to acknowledge the originator of the idea, thank you Pimpy/Kelso.

There will be some changes to the thread.

From now on the title will be simply "Weekly Photos”. Submissions will be judged by the viewers, with kudos. The person who submitted the entry with the most kudos for the week, may pick the next week’s theme. Themes should be chosen that are easy to depict in a photograph.

These are the new guidelines for entries in the thread:

1. The entry is your own creation. 
2. Entries may be edited, modified, enhanced digitally and photos taken previously may be scanned and submitted. 
3.  The announcement of the entry with the highest kudos will be at or near 8 p.m. on Sunday evenings. Please finalize your votes prior to that time. Shortly after, the new theme will be announced, and the next "Weekly Photos" will begin. 
4. Discussion of photos in the thread is OK, but should be kept to the subject matter of the photos, or photography in general. 
5. If you like a picture give it Kudos.

I have spoken to Pimpy this week as it seemed clear Squishy was going to win.....and i asked if she would be offended if I hosted this weeks challenge..................but I a not prepared to start an arguement over it.
