I know that we are welcome to post about what each of us would like to.
Do you and DDB agree or not that that includes politics ?
I am only in charge of what I do,say and post .Aren' t we all ? It is no reflection on me what other individuals do or don't do.

as ive said before many times, politics is fine, but, IMO, we dont need a thread for every political article, drama, speech etc that happens.
Have a Labor thread. Have a Liberal thread. Thats it.
Donbt like my opinion?
I really dont care.
Dont like this thread?
I really dont care.
Im going out to lunch now.

what about a 'I always vote the way my parents voted' thread ?
or a "wow how big is the ballot paper thread" ?
From previous threads didn't you,icy and some others plan to write to ebay about this ?
wanting a seperate board for politics ?
How did that go ?

Yes indeedy, Iza.
How did that go ?
As you see, we still have a fairly steady number of political threads here, so I guess the mods reckoned that everyone has a right to post their opinion as long as it doesn't contravene their rules.
Which I think is fair enough.

If posters don't like political threads or what's for dinner threads or whatever threads.. the answer is pretty simple, don't open them. They should not be trying to inflict their views on other people who do want to discuss certain topics.

OK. So politics as a general discussion topic was and had been again approved by Ebay and related services

So go for it 🙂
But people also have a right to complain about the number of them.

Icy, the funny thing is that this topic is an ebay related thread ...posted on CS
also repeated complaints against ebay and/or related serices may not be OK ?

I don't think they do have a right to 'complain' about a number of threads on the same topic. Voice their opinion maybe, but there is no rule you can only have one thread per major topic.

so commenting on how some people perceive the Board, how they would like to see it changed is not on. OK. Got it.
is asking for thread titles to be more transparent, too much?
