Tony Abbott's Support Page

A reminder of the debt that Australia has, while Labor can bury their heads and deny it exists the fact remains we have a huge problem with debt and sooner than later the chips will fall, no business, no state and no country can keep operating in the red, eventually those we own the money to will own us. Who will own us?
The state of Qld has debt of $80 billion dollars, Labor are saying they don’t think it’s that bad, Bill Shorten on Australia’s debt, there is no debt crisis, there is a crisis and we are in this situation because of Labor, no one else and the bottom line is Labor can’t fix this problem, their speciality is creating debt not fixing debt.

Re: Tony Abbott's Support Page

The media are focusing on running a hate filled campaign on our Prime Minister they very much want the Green/Labor socialist regime ruling this country, Bill Shorten wants a Republic, once that happens we can expect open borders and thousands of people floating into our country who we will never get rid of.

We are truly living in a very dangerous period. The time has come to attack the media peddling their propaganda and lies

that's funny  Woman LOL

we only wanted to listen to the media's hate filled camapaign on our prime minister when it was Gillard/Rudd ?   Woman LOL

now we should ignore what they're saying... OK lol

Re: Tony Abbott's Support Page

Good try, but I was actually questioning the connection between becoming a Republic and "open borders".

OK got it.

I can't see any link between the two.

I don't think we will become a republic soon either.

The federal government is paying more than $30 million a day to cover $245 billion debt, Qld is paying $453,310.00 per hour interest, if you pick a suburb in your city where there is a line of standard houses that’s a house an hour.

If you were paying off your house the way Labor blew money in Qld you would be losing a house an hour.

Debt of a country is nothing like household debt. It might be worth getting an understanding of debt by reading this. http://www.theguardian.com/business/grogonomics/2014/jun/09/government-debt-it-all-depends-on-how-yo...

If you mention the debt to Labor they pretend it doesn’t exist, they shrug their shoulders and hope no one notices, I had a person say to me today every country is in debt.

One even said the UN needs to take over and run the country, this is the thought process of the left.

No, this is the thought process of one person. You can't declare that all voters of the left think this way because of one anecdotal comment. Many many people said that Tony Abbott would be the best Prime Minister this country would ever have. He would be a statesman on the internaitonal stage etc. etc. Doesn't mean all voters of the right are delusional.

The media ran a hate campaign on the left the whole time they were in office. You can't complain now that the tables have turned just because they are bagging your side.

there has been absolutely nothing like the following headlines. Kick this mob out! Send in the clown! Does this guy ever shut up! It's a ruddy mess!  Dead Kev bounce! I know Nuthink! with a pic of Rudd as a Nazi.

Sorry but I find that so ironic when it was ok to attack when it was labor but now that the poster boy is on the nose it's not ok.

Re: Tony Abbott's Support Page

Not sure if that was run by newspapers as an intimation that he was like Hitler or was something running through social media. Still nothing like what was done to labor during the last election.

Re: Tony Abbott's Support Page

Tony Abbott has vowed to learn the lessons of the Liberal National party’s electoral trouncing in Queensland, as shell-shocked MPs weigh other leadership options amid doubts the prime minister can turn around the federal government’s fortunes.

On Sunday, Abbott signalled his determination to remain in the job, saying Australians elected him “to clean up Labor’s mess” and government was “a competence contest” not a popularity contest.

“The lessons are not to give up on reform, but to make sure that everything you propose is fully explained and well justified and obviously that’s a lesson that we are determined to learn in Canberra as well,” Abbott said.

“I accept that there have been some difficult times – I absolutely accept that – and obviously we’ve had some difficulties in the Senate, but we have listened, we have learnt and we will be a more consultative and collegial government in 2015 than we were in 2014,” he said in Sydney.

Re: Tony Abbott's Support Page

Support  for Abbott and LNP at an all time low.

Quoting a leftie newspaper?   He always says he has learnt his lesson, then goes out and does something very stupid again.

Abbott is not popular, but the main issues is public don't respect him either. As for competence lots of media articles saying he is incompetent as PM.
