Tony Abbott's Support Page

A reminder of the debt that Australia has, while Labor can bury their heads and deny it exists the fact remains we have a huge problem with debt and sooner than later the chips will fall, no business, no state and no country can keep operating in the red, eventually those we own the money to will own us. Who will own us?
The state of Qld has debt of $80 billion dollars, Labor are saying they don’t think it’s that bad, Bill Shorten on Australia’s debt, there is no debt crisis, there is a crisis and we are in this situation because of Labor, no one else and the bottom line is Labor can’t fix this problem, their speciality is creating debt not fixing debt.

Firstly, when you get a chance, can you swat some of those flies that are bussing around Smiley Wink

Anyway, it's amazing how the worm turns. The media are a fickle bunch !

Turnbull isn't even the PM and since the poll the other day and the change of heart by a few back room boys,

now the "Why not turnbull" articles are coming out.

Depending on which title they have up

Wickr: the secret messaging app of the party unfaithful?

Malcolm Turnbull, Scott Morrison and other politicians said to be exchanging encrypted and self-destructing messages about the Liberals’ leadership crisis.

In what may seems like a remarkable display of tech-savviness for the political classes, Turnbull, Scott Morrison and other politicians are using Wickr, the Australian claimed, to exchange encrypted and self-destructing messages about the Liberals’ leadership crisis.

Politicians seeking to protect the privacy of their own communication is a little ironic in light of their bid to pass a data retention package that would leave journalists and their sources exposed.

Wickr’s chief point of difference is its security: “Forgot the phone booth – no conversations can be tracked or monitored,” the site claims. Its founders insist Wickr is as close to a private platform as one can expect in a connected world, saving no information to a server and and no data on its users.

Twitter had good fun with the Wickr story on Monday. As one user put it: “I downloaded this app because Malcolm [Turnbull] uses it. If it’s good enough for the communications minister to hide his metadata from the attorney general then it’s good enough for me.”

Woman LOL

I really am not tech-savy at all.

So the "goodies" think its okay to possess such a thing as Wickr.

What about the "baddies" though?  The terrorists and/or drug barons who use their app for "no good".  Where the Federal or State law officers are normally alerted by key words, it won't be possible for them to gather data to use in the prevention of crime? Edited: or for a successful prosecution due to "no proof" of phone call conversations.

What security I wonder, is applied for the purchase of such an app. by anyone?

The article from that given above, appears to be an advertorial piece.

Great article by Rowan Dean and he was on the Bolt Report yesterday too, Rowan said he would rather have one Tony Abbott than 50 Mark Scott’s.

Like most Australians Rowan is disgusted with the ABC they just can’t run any news broadcast without mentioning a leadership spill and most times its just their own invention.

Rowan Dean's Article Here

Do you watch the ABC news?

I do religiously. And his accusations are simply made up.

The ABC report the news of the day. As do the other news stations.

Very few of the news channels have done little more than report what is actually occurring parliament. In fact, even the current affairs show on the ABC barely touch the subject.

Re: Tony Abbott's Support Page

And in fact, if I had to point the finger at anyone or any one organisation for going on and on about the leadership, then I would be pointing the finger at the Murdoch newspapers (The Australian in particular) and Alan Jones - all former lovers who seemed to be bored now that the Abbott honeymoon is over.

Re: Tony Abbott's Support Page

"Reported?" that's the key word here isn't it?  but the old left rag the Guardian never lets the truth get in the way of spreading their leftist propaganda.

Where's the "source" or are they just into printing rumour and innuendo like always.

The Guardian?? code for left socialism.

I don't want to hear any more rants about the Murdoch papers after this smear, this unsourced tripe.

They like to spread their propaganda, the stinking thread is boring as BS,  they all agree with one another, where's the fun in that?.

Re: Tony Abbott's Support Page

No deb , that article isn't an advertorial piece. The Australian is quoted, they ran similar article first.

The baddies - yes, they will still be able to communicate under the radar.
