A reminder of the debt that Australia has, while Labor can bury their heads and deny it exists the fact remains we have a huge problem with debt and sooner than later the chips will fall, no business, no state and no country can keep operating in the red, eventually those we own the money to will own us. Who will own us?
The state of Qld has debt of $80 billion dollars, Labor are saying they don’t think it’s that bad, Bill Shorten on Australia’s debt, there is no debt crisis, there is a crisis and we are in this situation because of Labor, no one else and the bottom line is Labor can’t fix this problem, their speciality is creating debt not fixing debt.
Solved! Go to Solution.

What we need on this forum is someone from the right side of politics to argue their points as well as you do am3. I hate how it gets personal when your views differ from theirs.
Yes, I don't think we have ever had any of those.
I think Abbott did rely on media support. He had it he was in Opposition from Murdoch papers. Pickering came out of retirement just to try and bring Julia Gillard down...
Now, none of them are giving him support because he doesn't deserve it.

The back bencher’s who are worried about the polls don’t have the verbal skills necessary to communicate with their electorates, they... are not working for their electorates or Australia.
Jensen went on National TV and gave a cheese cake interview to lefty Leigh Sales, later that day he was interviewed by Bolt and Price, real journo’s and when they asked him was it sour grapes because he wasn’t a Minister the interview went pear shaped they ate him alive and we haven’t heard from him since, then up bobbed Simpkins a fellow West Australian with his friend backing the motion.
Not at all true, that is political spin at its best
. I have posted in the other thread about Leadership challenge, several articles from different msm outlets.. The Canberra Times, The SMH, The Australian, The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph... all media outlets that have different biases, or none.
The articles all reporting the same views .. short version Abbott's time is up, if not tomorrow he won't last much longer anyway - including direct quotes from Liberal MP's..... do you think they are all colluding?
Even though they are arch rivals?
hahahahahahahahahhaahahahahaha dirty dirty Circus clowns
And in a sign of how fiercely the Abbott camp is prepared to fight to protect the Prime Minister, the operative also offered material on the two men who had called the spill - Liberal MPs Luke Simpkins and Don Randall.
The operative asserted both men had been involved in travel entitlements irregularities and lacked credibility in the party room, and suggested an analysis of the pair should be written.
Fairfax Media asked to see the material in question, but has decided not to publish it.

The best part of this crazy circus of evil clowns are the rat journo's deserting the abbott ship, one by one his most loyal supporters slip the knife into their Lizard King.....loyalty is so yesterday.....hahahahahahahahahahahahaaaahhahahahah
#ImStickingWithTony because what's a circus without it's clown.

Very true. They gave him a free run, they didn't pull him up on his lies and let him run from questions without much comment. He has not been held to any sort of scrutiny from the media for most of his leadership. What did they get in return? He turned on them and attacked as soon as they started to question. He has shatted all over those who have defended him from the beginning.
Notice abbott has pulled out the women again? Got the wife and at least one daughter out on the campaign hustings today.

Yes, I did see that. If he doesn't usually go out on Sundays with his wife and daughter, mixing with the crowds (public) in Sydney it is way too forced to be doing that today and means zip.
