What gives me food for thought is not only the way Crdlin dominated Abbotts life and carreer, but also demanded that all invitatin to the Abbot women had to go through her for her approval. Many of those landed in the waste basket.
Also, why did she organize the trip to France from London right on time for Tonys birthday, when he should be celebrating with his family at home?
And why did Margie fly back home without an explantion not to acompany her husband to France?
Look around and see other countries Leaders with their wifes at many functions. T A was mostly flanked by Credlin.
There are so many questions, but no answers. Makes one think.

That is how rumours start.
Some wives/partners don't enjoy constant travel. Who knows? Maybe he/they were confident enough not to have to worry about such nonsense as rumours. As a lot of wives who are by the side of the husband, are cheated on. French wives, the Clintons, proven not to be rumours.
A husband should, want his wife at his side at events where they can relax a bit though. Holidays. Weeks away where it is mostly official time...can be impractical.
To not drag her along to everything is actually refreshing for a politician.
The birthday...again, we don't know. Unless somebody has some evidence of impropriety rather than just being insensitive.

It seems that Niki Savva has an interesting CV.
Peter Costello press secretary Niki Savva reveals all
Another confession: "As a journalist I lied often, usually about my sources, but about other things, too. Journalists can and do get away with lying; politicians and staff can't. Nor should they."

hmm Bronwyn Bishop is now saying the account of her being told not apologize is basically true
Ms Bishop yesterday told her local newspaper, The Manly Daily, that Savva’s account was “basically true”.
“It’s best to leave those things for people to draw their own conclusions about but the way it’s been reported is basically true,” she said.

I just hope they hurry up and destroy him completely then we wouldn't have to be subjected to the endless Abbotthate.
