What are they?
Why do people want it?
Why do people need it?
How does it compare with what we have now?
How will it benefit us compared to what we have now?

Skype
Why?
I have Skype now and it works really well. It was frustrating when I used to shape out all the time, as I couldn't video call very well, but was fine when I was at regular speed, whatever that was. But I could always text chat, even when a google home page wouldn't load.

It may work for you crikey but generally speaking there are loads of problems across Australia with conference calling and skype. We have Telstra Ultimate High Speed Cable here which is supposed to be the best and fastest from Telstra and have problems with skype from time to time.
The cable has very limited upload capacity so you get the full dl but issues with the ul. It is affected by sharing as well so at peak times when everyone is using it the upload issues may be compounded.
