I wonder why such exchanges were not printed in media in that time. JG is an articulate strong woman.

moving forward, moving forward, moving forward, moving forward, moving forward, moving forward; or have you forgotten that appalling speech of Miss Gillards.

Is this articulate?
Obviously I respect the party room, I absolutely respect the party room and the party room will be getting a secret ballot tomorrow, so that the result tomorrow will be something the accurately reflects views inside the party room.

moving forward....
lol get over it, move on, we all know where your bias lies so trying to cover every post you don't agree with is ..... to say the least, and must be exhausting, all that looking up of quotes, all that c&p and correcting and lecturing must take up all your time.

The title of this topic makes no sense; Turnbull said he is voting against spill. I do not blame him; it would have put him in very uncomfortable position; although I think he would have most likely won if he stood for the position, but it would be impossible job to deal with the chaos as it is now. Turnbull much rather watch TA keep stumbling along, until just before the next election when it will be obvious LNP will be wipe out, he will step in.

Did the spill motion end up being a secret ballot or show of hands?

Secret ballot. See the ballot paper in Post #36.

From reading around I think Labor would rather go against Mr Abbott, and upopular leader, than a popular one that an urbane Mr Turnbull may prove to be.

Is that not a joke image?
Oh dear. Any bets being taken on who said that?

Turnbull needs to be more succinct, he waffles and takes the long way round to answer any question, even Barrie Cassidy commented on it on the Insiders. I remember that was one of the annoying things, among many, that put me off him last time.
