I find the story unbelievable, perhaps a sprinkle of truth, the source is well known to have lied and be deceptive.

Even a little truth would be too much.

with all of the sex rings reports hope they don't feel the need to feed some sort of weird appetite for such stories. That might be mostly lies too. Hopefully. There have been convictions though. What a world we live in.
