After Mondays devastating storm we are again under HUGE hailstone attack. They are so big they are hitting the ground and bouncing high in the air. They sound like bullets being fired.

They are huge!
I've still got a few dents in my bonnet from a hailstorm like that a few years ago.
Car bonnet, not hat.

We were having lunch at Sawtell when it hit. Never seen anything like it, it was frightening. The hail, wind and rain belting down. All the cars were covered in leaves from the trees and the street was white. Then we got another hail storm about 10 minutes later. The noise was deafening. Fortunately my car only got a smashed driver's mirror.

Corgi, we are about 10 mins from where you had lunch. This is a re run of Monday's storm which was a lot worse. We have just heard on TV that it is due again, so it would be a good time to get your car undercover.
We have to do a doggy do run before the next downpour as we can't let the dog out in the yard without a fence.

I live at Boambee and we never got the hail on Monday. However, today driving back from Sawtell you could see it all along Sawtell Road and it was still on the lawn at our place. Usually if Sawtell gets it we don't so it was very widespread today. Scary stuff. Hope your doggy will be ok, you will have to watch him like a hawk without a fence.

Closer look at the car and the bonnet, roof and boot have little ripples all over. Chunks out of the rear bumper which I can touch paint. Not happy.
