This sellers FB left for others is missing something?
I wonder what helps this seller decide who gets a " . " and who gets full feedback. LOL

When did you go to Japan?
See now I am being inquisitive.
No, even if I won lotto I wouldn't be able to afford that, I'd go for one on the top side of my right arm, which is the only place left.
Have a good GF that's got a full back done - an Indian chief...................awesome............

Oooops missed that bit, I was in Japan in the mid '90's, that's where I first saw the Akitas.
Artist? I'd have to see some of my Japanese sellers for that one, or one of my best mate's wife's family (she's Japanese)

Japanese sellers?
Did you visit Tokyo or travel about?
I buy a lot of Japanese stuff, mostly military sake bits and medals, so I've a few Japanese sellers I deal with regularly, though I do have a couple in the US that do runs to Japan for container loads to onsell.
Yes stayed in Tokyo (with the friend I spoke about that has the Japanes wife) - he was working over there for a few years showing the Japanese how to do brick-paving the Australian way - but I travelled around a bit, loved Kyoto the old capital.
But mostly I loved the people and their attitude towards life - an example, there was a hardware store just up the road from my mates place, and overnight all their plants/wheelbarrows etc were left outside - nothing ever got stolen....

I'd love to see Kyoto one day.
How did your interest in the military items start (if that is OK)
Hmmm, good question, my first buy on eBay was a couple of traditional wood carvings of bears from Hokkaido ( the bears that Akitas were used to hunt for), anyway that seller had a couple of military sake cups, the wooden laquered type and I just went from there to the Japanese medals - their enamel work is astounding.
One day soon I'll have to start selling some of my collection to make some space for a bigger indoor shed!!!!
Seriously though, I'm kind of specialising a bit on what I buy, otherwise it gets too hard to keep track of what's there and what's not - yep I have doubles that I didn't think I had..............sigh. (probably triples thinking about it)
