I'm learning AUSLAN at the moment Bob. Have only had one class so far so I only know the alphabet and basic sentences...
What do you want to know?

Yep Pimpy--and your dog lol.
What about the V for Valiant---used by Valiant drivers in the 60s and 70s.
Inspired by a TV ad.--remember that one LL..............Richo.
ps--now i have been getting the sign with the fingers -the other way-lol.

I drove a kombi for years and it was the done thing to V all other kombi drivers.
I was quite hurt when I changed to the new shape transporter and got ignored by kombi drivers. My van has curtains and flowers on the side but apparently I've been disowned by real kombi owners 😞

I don't know about Auslan, but I do 'speak' American sign language which only uses one hand, occasionally two hands.for some signs eg. describing a nationality.
