WORDLE - anyone else trying the daily online word game?

I recently stumbled across WORDLE online.  For the uninitiated, it is a daily word guessing game where you have to try to guess the word in 6 or less tries.

This, from Wikipedia, explains the game:

Every day, a five-letter word is chosen which players aim to guess within six tries. After every guess, each letter is marked as either green, yellow or gray: green indicates that letter is correct and in the correct position, yellow means it is in the answer but not in the right position, while gray indicates it is not in the answer at all. The game has a "hard mode" option, which requires players to include letters marked as green and yellow in subsequent guesses. The daily word is the same for everyone. The game also has a dark mode as well as a high-contrast theme for colourblind accessibility, which changes the color scheme from green and yellow to orange and blue.

I have found that most that most days I can get the daily word in 5 tries or less (mostly 5 though).  Interestingly, there is a spinoff of WORDLE called LEWDLE, where the words are lewd, or naughty, words.  I have better success with LEWDLE than I do with WORDLE . . . getting the word in just 2 or 3 attempts.  Not sure what that says about my private school education 🤣

I was pleased with this, considering. This game really is learned behaviour, to some extent. #3 & #6 aren't ones I would have immediately thought of years ago, but they have been out so often now that I looked at #3 and thought, a,i nothing else exposed, haven't used M yet, probably maxim again.😂

Had a little fall from grace at the end on #1, couldn't be helped, had to be one or the other.

It started off not too badly, but early on in the piece, I made a mistake on #1, with milky. I couldn't at that time think of anything definite for the others but I suspected a Y might be in play in some spots.
Anyway, lucky to get under 60 on this.

Now this really, really annoyed me. Tell you why in a sec when I do a screenshot.

Okay, so I was going along okay except my keyboard was being a pain, typing double letters sometimes or no letter others or deleting two at a time when i only wanted one letetr gone etc
But I made a mistake on #7, tried savor (I know, hideous, but I thought it likely). The annoying thing with this is I already  was pretty sure of #5, should have just done that first.
But then, I knew what #6 was likely to be. I even wrote it down on my pad here. I went to type it. Double B came up, delete, double A came up, delete and quickly hit S, which came up and I don't know what my fingers were thinking of but I ended up with brash. I wasn't even thinking of brash, impossible anyway. I was just in a hurry to get the word typed. I can accept it when I make the mistake but I was annoyed that my fingers betrayed me.😂

early mistake (intro instead of nitro) set me back.

You must be like me, I woke up feeling like it was at least 5.30am and it wasn't. Can't say i am a fan of the daylight changing intro and exit. Messes me up for a week or so.
