We have to face up to the truth and prosecute those who have committed these crimes

Re: War crimes

they are protected by evil governments who i suspect will set the federal police onto the reporters once again to attempt to 'make this go away'

raids on the ABC offices and reporters homes, prolly in the dead of night.

after the last raids i rekon reporters and media outlets have their 'documents' well hidden from idiot plods.

Re: War crimes

The only way people can go to war to kill others is if they demonize them and get to hate them.  It is easy to hate people who you see as somebody trying to kill you/  That is why there always be war crimes in war, and why more moral men come home damaged, and the suicide rate among veterans is so high.

And on the other hand, the Taliban are fighting for their country, as unpalatable for us their ideas are; it is still their country.

They are not fighting for their country.

They are fighting for their control back so they can enforce their strict interpretation of Sharia or Islamic law

and continue their brutal treatment of others especially women.

They committed a large number of massacres in Afghanistan as well as their scorched Earth policy where they

burnt fertile farmland and destroyed tens of thousands of home as well as denying help for over a hundred

thousand starving people.

They were responsible for close to 80% of Afghanistan around 10 years ago and have destroyed a lot of

cultural history especially anything relating to Buddhism.

Osama Bin Laden fought for them.

Re: War crimes

I only know information about this issue from that mentioned via the link, however one must factor in a different countries code of conduct , their culture rules - a bit difficult to pursue a case if the alleged victims are not considered victims by the pertinent community, possibly a tragedy but no crime ?

Re: War crimes

It's got not much to do with the codes of the countries.

It's determined by the code of the Australian Army - and deemed a criminal offence.

The ADF is covering up criminal activity.
It's appauling.
Just like when cops investigate themselves and find no wrong doing.
That mans children will have a hatred towards the western invaders that will fuel this war for another generation and in my eyes they're justified

this what happenes when you get involved with wars you shouldnt be involved in

the men and women we send are trained killers not doctors and nurses, their job is killing, and they are not trained to think before pulling the trigger.

its see a target, shoot the target.

and a dead target is a safe target.

man, woman, child, guilty or innocent, doesnt matter
