We had roast chicken with broccoli and zucchini and bake in the oven bread.   So, I ate bread with chicken and munched veges on the side.

Leftover roast chicken today ... in baguettes with mayo and tomatoes ... lol, much the same as yesterday, except the chicken is cold.

TOMORROW, however, I'm making chinese style dumplings, and san choy bow ...

Last night I had a whole jar of 25 fresh oysters, with toasted bruschetta omg yum. Tonight I'm having grilled Tassie salmon. My two favourites.

Hey, Karen, have you tried dukka?  Absolutely awesome on fresh salmon ... and quick, cheap and easy.

I've got a silverside in the slow cooker.  I'm doing it like the one in the Super Food Ideas magazine in beef stock.
