2) you may enter as many photos as you like

3) photos can be digitally enhanced

4) weekly winner is chosen by kudos votes

5) winner chooses the next weeks prompt/theme

6) winner announced Monday night 30th December

7) include caption or description of photo to identify the Prompt  (if it's not easily identifiable)

You would need to find the thread by Pimpy that explains it (if it's still around). I think someone missed out on having the 'most kudoed' photo awarded to them one week due to a misunderstanding, so it was decided that there would be two threads run at the same time and one photo will be selected from the two threads.

Well at least that's what I think the gist of it is!
