Ok so Ive been wearing shorts and singlets since November - every single day
On Saturday I actually had to put real clothes on and relaised Im fat >.<
I had no idea! I havent weighed myself in years but Im not usually fat LOL
Bein fat aint an option so Im gonna shift it - anyone wanna join?
My goal is 10 kilos in 13 weeks and I start today, I wanna check in here each Monday and tell the truth how I gone if anyone wanna do this with me?
Share tips? My plan is to walk it off, every night walk it off.
Today Monday March 24th 2014 I weigh 83 kgs and I aint gonna see that number again 🙂

I wanted to look in here to see what tips were offered 🙂
I walk every day, just because I enjoy it. Some of you may have seen my fridge. I do eat fairly healthily other than the chocolate, and mostly home cooked meals, not that fatty.
my walk is around an hour, and it keeps me fit, sooo... If at first walking seems a bit strenuous, start with a shorter walk, then as it gets easy do a longer loop.
i won't be joining in 'cause I am happy with my weight, it is pretty stable. Walking if you do enough does keep you trim.
any exercise should feel fun, not a chore, for the best results in keeping at it. So if you try something and it bores you, swap it around a little until you find the right combination. Walking, cycling...gym...whatever you feel the happiest with.

and chuk77, cms lost is a great way to notice the kilos going 😉 don't worry about the scales until you get comfortable.
losing weight is about being happy with the little achievements on the way, it shouldn't be about getting stressed.
not weighing yourself too often is a great tip that has been mentioned here.

I did 5 laps of a small (LOL) oval, enough to get the heart pumping, I am gonna increase it by 1 every night this week to make it 10 by Friday - I know I can do this!
I only ate bananas and noodles yesterday so I gotta eat better, I have never eated b'fast in my life unless its like 11am - I cant make myself eat in the mornings so a healthy 11ish fruit breakfast at work should be good.
I have a 50th Friday night - I wont eat but will probly get drunk so I hope that doesnt set me back for my weigh in Monday!!! I might drink vodka and diet lemonade maybe?? Hmmm
Come on peeps - lets keep motivated!!

bananas and noodles, both high carb foods, be careful with those, they give you energy but you have to work them off

Why dont you try vodka lime and soda. I reckon the flavour is heaps better than diet lemonade, thats just my opinion though...
This **bleep** cold has me sniffling and coughing and sneezing and it's pouring rain here today. So no walk AGAIN this morning 😞
Am now aiming for zumba on Thursday night.
And "fatties" is probably not PC but it doesn't bother me, hopefully it wont bother anyone else either 🙂

Lobs, try vodka, soda and a tiny drop of red cordial, those diet drinks are dodgy. Really try and force brekky, after awhile you will get used to eating it. Without brekky the body has gone a long time without food and will start to store fat, kind of case of emergency - then it's harder to shift it.

I started my weight loss/fitness regime in November, I had stacked on weight since my breast cancer diognoses and treatment plus the medication I need to take. I started out on the optifast meal replacements and power walking for 1 hr a day. So far i've lost 16kg, I would like to lose another 10kg that would leave me with a buffer of 5kg.
Lobs buy a ninja and have a juice for breakfast.

I wonder if I cld do juice for breakfast? maybe..... If you were gonna eat protein for breakfast what would it be? I cant do eegs week days, I just dont have time..... maybe juice?

Some ideas for breakfast:
Full fat plain Greek Yogurt with blueberries/strawberries and a few (5-7) raw nuts like pecans or almonds.
If you check the labels on flavoured/sugar free yogurt you'll know why I recommend full fat plain yogurt. Greek yogurt also has less carbs.You can buy packets of frozen blueberries/strawberries.
A 2 egg ommlette with avocado and cherry tomatoes.
A smoothie on the run. Low fat milk/soy milk and throw in some frozen berries, Stevia Vanilla Creme liquid drops.
I buy a natural sweetener called Sweetleaf Stevia Drops made from the Stevia plant. No cals, no carbs. I buy the Vanilla Creme drops and they are divine for flavouring yogurt or milk. I buy mine online.
