Ok so Ive been wearing shorts and singlets since November - every single day
On Saturday I actually had to put real clothes on and relaised Im fat >.<
I had no idea! I havent weighed myself in years but Im not usually fat LOL
Bein fat aint an option so Im gonna shift it - anyone wanna join?
My goal is 10 kilos in 13 weeks and I start today, I wanna check in here each Monday and tell the truth how I gone if anyone wanna do this with me?
Share tips? My plan is to walk it off, every night walk it off.
Today Monday March 24th 2014 I weigh 83 kgs and I aint gonna see that number again 🙂

I know, I was thinking that too, but it's not that much - it's just i spread the food in there too.
Cardio days x 3 30 - 45 min run each way and 30 min with the PT inbetween -
- usually something else again in the day/night for 30 minutes (like the steps - but they're a personal challenge that's a "me goal" it's just sopmething I want to be able to do)
Free weight training with the PT x 3 - 45 minute sessions, but remember, you rest in between sets, so probably only 30 minutes actual work -
so not much really
During the 12 week challenges (I do 3 a year) I add in the group boot camps (2 hours each)
and the other stuff is just stuff I like doing, so doesn't really count, but now that I've given up the smokes and am a lot fitter I can do them more easily and enjoy them and a lot of it I do with the kids or the OH

I (literally) scrubbed the kitchen floor yesterday - does that count? it should, I was knackered afterwards!

I've been trying to lose weight for about 18 months, but I have a real problem with my addiction.......chocolate. I no longer eat a block in a sitting like I did years ago - I now buy those little multipacks so I can limit myself to one (or sometimes 2) a day.
I walk my dogs almost every day - when the asthma is really bad or it's pelting with rain and they look at me with that "are you mad? you want to walk in this?" look it doesn't happen..
I also do hydrotherapy exercises 2 or 3 times a week for 30 minutes a time.
I have lost a little bit, but find I can put on kilos in a couple of days if I relax even the slightest!
*sigh*
So I'l join in, in the hope it can motivate me to eat a little healthier

lol - I know what you mean about putting kilos on just by relaxing a bit.
I'm not bragging, just letting you know what I do and it's slowly working. I have lost over 40kgs over the past 12 months and all I do is walk for an hour nearly every day - no other exercise. I started mainly because of my diabetes and the dr threatening insulin so of course I eat very little sugar and not a lot of carbs. I love cream cakes but resist those most times .
If I really crave something, I will have a small amount and even though I do eat bread, pasta and potato, I don't eat a lot. I eat multi-grain bread and if having a roast, only have 1 half potato.
We have just been on holidays - only for a week - and I put on 3 kgs even though I still walked and watched what I was eating. I did have the odd single cone of home made icecream (so yummy!). I did find that once home and being extra careful, it came off just as quick. Obviously eating out did not help either - I did have chips quite a bit.
Good luck to you all - I do know how hard it is but I really think walking is the way to go. I also think the brain needs to be in the right place.

5 laps Monday, 7 laps Tuesday, 0 laps Wed (LOL) Bush walk last night - eating good so I hope I have lost something by Monday wiegh in!! When I say laps, this is a SMALL oval, ha ha
I am educating myself on food, I know food LOL but I dunno carbs, protein etc etc it is still very confusing for me >.<
COME ON girls we CAN do this - one step at a time, one second guess on what we puttin in our gobs at a time. Just question ourselves I reckon - stop and say Yes or No?? Thats what I doin! No is winning at the moment!!
Lets keep moving people!!
If I am 83 kgs on Monday I gonna cry 😞 ha ha Nah lets keep going!

Yeah ya gotta walk it off hey? I think I am lazy so I gotta make myself go. go. go and if my head says No cant be botherd then I sit on my *** and do nothing!
But if my head says Yes, theres no stopping me so I think your right its a head thing.
