I saw this posted on my Facebook page. So much for his promise to stop the boats. Seems like we might have a few more landing on our shores now.
SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES: There could be an influx of asylum seekers in the wake of Australia’s spying scandal.
A senior Indonesian immigration official has apparently told local media he will no longer take measures to stop asylum seekers trying to reach our waters.
We’ll bring you full political coverage tonight in our evening bulletin on Channel 9.

His daughters are his personal political tool, icy. He used them multiple times during the election campaign.
Did you know they wear sponsored clothing? Just like daddy. It would be interesting to see whether any of those clothing companies get government contracts...

It seems as though everything which has been a major concern for some over recent years is no longer a concern.
Is everything fixed?
If it's not fixed ...how can anyone say that we don't need Indonesia?
Fingers crossed that the man doesn't suggest a need to be Christian about this!
It's that sort of garbage from him and his followers which have made this situation so much more than it need be.

They are considering replacing Aust meat imports with NZ meat..in addition to what they get from there already.
Has Aust. said to the Indonesians 'Do what we want you to do or we will cut off your Aid'?
I hope we don't do that.
Aid should be given freely, not for benefit or not with conditions.
Withholding aid for vengeful or spiteful purposes is only hurting the people who probably have no idea about any of this, who don't care about spying or where their meat is from, they just care that they get fed something.

None of his daughters have any input or any control over the events in Indonesia, so I don't see why they need to be dragged into it, just because they wear sponsored clothes.
How petty.

I think Karens point is that they were 'dragged' out during the election campaign to bedazzle and take the focus away from Abbott. So it seems to fit the form that he would 'drag' them out again when facing this sticky situation.
