just sayin...
I think it means exactly what it says.
This person joined a group I below to and is now causing a lot of problems with her attitude. Maybe if all the people she is p*ssing off walked away that would be the end of the group.

if you have told this person her behaviour in the group is disruptive and not acceptable and she says too bad then you can either put up with it or ignore her or remove her.

I have been ignoring her for a while now, but unfortunately she doesn't take it hint.
This thread should be a very BIG hint

We all want to be accepted for who we are, therefore we should be prepared to accept people for who they are. It is or should be a two way street.
Everyone is a 'package' and have goods and bads. Not everyone is everyone else's cup of tea, therefore a friendship is not formed, however when in a group situation we tolerate. Well we should.
If the person is expecting acceptance and not giving it then maybe the person should be ignored by those offended until the penny drops, instead of bowing down to their ways.
In saying that though I know that sometimes it is really hard to ignore rubbish when it is ongoing
This is just my opinion
