What To Do With Minced Beef???

I realised yesterday, that while I like minced beef I know very few recipes for it:  

Spag bol

Stuffed capsicums

Meat loaf

Meatballs 

Recipes, suggestions, and ideas are all welcome.  

And, hello to those that still remember me 🙂 🙂 🙂

I'm really quite impressed by all the recipes for minced beef that we've come up with. Pretty versatile, isn't it?

I think it's an age thing, but I really don't enjoy beef steaks, beef or lamb or pork roasts, or any big CHUNKS of meat any more. I do like minced beef and bacon ... I can eat a little bit of chicken ... so I'm semi-vegetarian ... but I can't give meat up ...
