I had a kitchen like that once.... same colours, same layout....... I love uncluttered, clean easy to manage...... and no one dumping stuff on the table and benchtops.....

I prefer these pictures to Abbott's 60ty minutes back flip in a double pike position whilst eating humble pie regarding his sister and her lesbian lover.

I found the true Gillard.... This is how I actually pictured her to live... and this is how I really do think she lives...
This is her home in 2005.... sparse with no personality...
It could have been the empty fruit bowl. Perhaps it was the bare walls. Or maybe the stark benchtops.
If she had a messy kitchen the judgement would be more harsh.
She's supposed to hang stuff on the blinds?
She's supposed to have fresh fruit in the bowl after being away?

I love an uncluttered kitchen. Much easier to work in. Very basic house is what she has. Bet no $700,000 mortgage on that one.
Some people just like to pick everything about the PM to pieces. Talk about petty.

it is a nice photo (on the left) lots of air brushing to make her look like that.
Actually, I saw a footage of that photo shoot on the news last night; Julia looked radiant, charming, relaxed and the fact that WW used that particular photo is a disgrace, there must have been 100s of photos better than that one, and the one on the front page of the newspaper looks like it has been altered,

she wouldn't have the time to make it more homey,

good job it's a dog and not a cat with all that wool :^O
:^O You must be kidding! Last time I left $120 worth of mohair on the table and turned my back for few seconds it ended up decorating the garden - courtesy of my dog 🙂

I like the photo on the right best. I wonder if there will be a surge in the popularity of knitting this year?
