What a drama!

So the rabbit has just raced in the house from the back yard faster than I have ever seen him run with this black thing running behind it. In the blur it looked like a panther!

It was a freaking cat!

I've just spent the last 20mins trying to make the terrified rabbit safe whilst trying to get this stray cat out of my house. I had to boot the cat to get him to move away from the rabbit. And then he wouldn't leave the house.

The rabbit refuses to come out of his hiding spot and my leg is bleeding from being clawed by this blooming cat.

What the heck! It's not like the rabbit is a tiny little thing that could be mistaken for a mouse.

Why can't people keep their stupid cats inside? I am sick to death of not being able to keep my own pets safe and secure in their own house because people allow their cats to roam during the day.

Re: What a drama!

Why would a terrified cat run into a strangers house and try and maul/kill/eat their bunny? If  the cat did kill the bunny would it then feel better and no longer be terrified?

I'd imagine that cats (even mentally ill cats) are  capable of changing moods ...ie; the cat wasn't terrified when it was chasing the bunny but became so when being chased by martini .

Re: What a drama!

No way.

The cat from hell was in NO WAY terrified of me.

Even after I BOOTED (in capitals for Karen) out of the lounge room it still took 10 mins of chasing him around the house to get him outside.

Now when I say chasing, I mean I was running around like some crazy banshee woman screaming "GET OUT! GET OUT YOU MONGREL BEEP BEEP OF A SAVAGE" while twirling a bath towel in the air helicopter-style while the cat elegantly side stepped me at every pounce.

This cat was evil.

If you ran at me screaming like a fish mongers wife, twirling a towel around like a helicopter blade I to would be scared out of my wits and I am intelligent.

Poor cat how could it possibly be anything but scared out of its wits and their defence would be to fight as any animal in that situation would do.

You are the intelligent one (or supposed to be) you should have known better.

Keep it nice, I might cry if you write anything upsetting (like not)

if the cat was intelligent, and truly scared, it would have run away the first time it got booted,

next we will get people saying the cat will be needing counselling for post traumatic stress disorder:^O
