LOL Assuming they ARE Chinese.  I ordered a delivered Chinese meal a few weeks ago.  It was a bit late but the driver (not Chinese) told me only one chef was on that night.  Then I discovered some items of the meals were missing.  When I finally got through to the restaurant the chef answered - he was Indian! 

The meal tasted fine BTW and the driver delivered my missing items.
