I am someone who gains weight very easily - and I LOVE to cook and eat. I'm also not someone who enjoys exercise that much, but I force myself to do it, because, firstly, I don't want to be fat, and secondly I want to be healthy.
I go to the gym Monday Wednesday and Friday from 6.15 to 7.15am, before work. I think this is pretty good. I tend to slack off a bit in the holidays. I do a combination of cardio and weights training. I gain muscle easily, but struggle to loose kgs, so I have to be careful not to do to many weights and make sure I do enough cardio.
I am starting to do a pole dancing class on Monday's too. I figure that I should learn a few tricks, plus, physically, you need strength as well as fitness, so hopefully it will be a good workout.
What do you do?

Oh cat, the plank!!! Is there any worse form of torture? I must say though last year
at the gym I built up from 10 seconds to 2 minutes.
Last year I went to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and did about equal weights , cardio and
pilates, and loved it. The hardest part was getting there.
Sadly I had to stop for a fortnight before Christmas and haven't been able to motivate
myself to go back again, but I wish I could.
Reading what you're all doing is motivating

I have a friend who has been doing pole dancing for several years and she is incredibly fit
and toned from doing it..
Be prepared for lots of injuries though if you get right into it..

I do no formal exercise whatsoever, but find that all the work I do around the farm keeps me pretty fit. I am outside pretty much all day every day, except if the weather's grotty. Amazing how quickly your arms become toned lugging bales of hay and 20kg sacks of feed around!
I really enjoy swimming, last season we purchased a massive second hand swimming pool, but unfortunately never got around to actually PUTTING IT UP! It is on the to-do list for this summer.

Incidental exercise is also great. Working on a farm I reckon would be physical enough for most people to drop a significant amount of weight and get fit quickly!

I watched some kind of competition between a gym/iron lady woman and a pole dancer. The pole dancer won hands down for strength and endurance!

What do I do for personal fitness? I walk from the car into McDonalds, and then after a good feed I walk back to the car again!

Froot, look at Womens health centres and Community centres- they sometimes do things like Zumba or Yoga classes etc, and they can cost as little as $5
